We are a K-12 public school in Iowa. We have been waiting more than 6 months for an elevator repair. Please research your options before choosing Schindler.
Why aren't they called "Schindler's Lift?" I mean it was right there!
This is the worst company I have ever had to work with. It is nearly impossible to talk to a person or to get a phone call returned. The service after the sales is not acceptable.
No one comes and repairs or services issues when called.
The Shindler elevator at The Edge Apartment Building in Downtown Des Moines has been broken for months. When told that there were individuals who are unable to access their units (homes) without elevator assistance Shindler laughed at us.
