Non responsive and untimely
If you're looking for a timely and responsive elevator company, look elsewhere. Months long wait time for invoicing, 3 months to get elevator shops after a signed contract. Months to receive change orders for approval. As a commercial GC, I have installed elevators in 6 buildings with 3 other companies and this is not only the least responsive elevator company, but the worst company I have delt with period.
We are a K-12 public school in Iowa. We have been waiting more than 6 months for an elevator repair. Please research your options before choosing Schindler.
Why aren't they called "Schindler's Lift?" I mean it was right there!
This is the worst company I have ever had to work with. It is nearly impossible to talk to a person or to get a phone call returned. The service after the sales is not acceptable.
