absolutely horrible, elevators in our building go out constantly with the same issue. finally reached tipping point when 5 others including myself got stuck inside. when the call button was used they hung up on us mid conversation, when called back they proceeded to have terrible customer service skills for a group of people trapped in their elevator on 100°+ day. quoted us a 3 hour wait time for technician, instead called the fire department who had us out in an hour.
I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 Stars if we’re being honest; If there were an award for “Most Useless Elevator Company,” Schindler would win it by a landslide. These clowns are in charge of the elevators at my apartment complex, and I swear they spend more time broken than actually running. It’s like their business model is based on creating stairmasters out of multi-story buildings. Every month without fail, the elevators go down. And fixing them? Forget it. Was flipped off by a Caucasian driver of a Schindler vehicle because I stopped and pulled over to the right hand side for a passing ambulance. Very unprofessional.
communication is terrible at this location. multiple attempts to get updates and given different answers conflicting despite from same person. poor customer service. will pursue other venders
