communication is terrible at this location. multiple attempts to get updates and given different answers conflicting despite from same person. poor customer service. will pursue other venders

I have never seen elevators that break as often as these do. For Christmas, our building had both Schindler elevator OUT OF SERVICE. This meant anyone in the building with a mobility handicap was trapped.
They have the worst elevator servicing system dated to man noted to man in the existence of elevators. My mother is in a wheelchair and the elevators shut down Wednesday morning, and the apartment complex reached out to see if they can come and repair and serviced the elevators. It is now Saturday. I’m sorry it is now Sunday and The elevators are still in operable. My mother is in a wheelchair and she missed her entire Thanksgiving due to this. She was unable to leave her apartment.
