Best elevators in the city, honestly a lot of the poor negative reviews are actually a combination of factors, one Schindler is a provider not primarily a repair company and do not provide maintenance to any of their elevators unless your company or landlord pays for them to service it which can be prohibitively expensive so a lot of companies and landlords take the repairs into their own hands or hire 3rd party vendors that repair the elevators NOT Schindler they just manufacture and build the cars and esclators its buildin... read more
Our elevators consistently break. We wait weeks or months for parts and then they break again. 3033 Routh St, Dallas Tx
absolutely horrible, elevators in our building go out constantly with the same issue. finally reached tipping point when 5 others including myself got stuck inside. when the call button was used they hung up on us mid conversation, when called back they proceeded to have terrible customer service skills for a group of people trapped in their elevator on 100°+ day. quoted us a 3 hour wait time for technician, instead called the fire department who had us out in an hour.
I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 Stars if we’re being honest; If there were an award for “Most Useless Elevator Company,” Schindler would win it by a landslide. These clowns are in charge of the elevators at my apartment complex, and I swear they spend more time broken than actually running. It’s like their business model is based on creating stairmasters out of multi-story buildings. Every month without fail, the elevators go down. And fixing them? Forget it.
