This company is slow and incompetent. The apartment manager called over 2 months ago about an issue with our elevator. They came out and said that nothing is wrong. Yet there was. It just didn't happen all the time. They came out last week and decided there was something wrong and they had to order a part. He called a different company yesterday and they had it fixed today. This is not the 1st time they took forever. Their technician didn't say anything. The manager had to call and find out what was going on.
Great service is always provided by the professional techs from Schindler.
Extremely responsive and fixed immediately. Best elevator contractor without a doubt. Highly recommend.
