They do not seem to take elevator issues as a priority, considering it has been two weeks of no service in our brand new building. Embarassing.
Not off to a good start at 6 merganser drive west, Chestermere. Brand new building and elevator is constantly down. What a fail.
I live in creekside Village in Airdrie where the one elevator in our building has been out of service since Dec. 9th. This is beyond disgraceful service. What company can’t repair an elevator in nearly a month and make it a priority despite being the holidays. Considering the seniors here and others who require the elevator this is the worst service I have ever experienced in condo living. Your driver, #20067, 1/30/2025 @16:15, turned through an intersection and stopped just short of hitting a pedestrian half way through the crosswalk. The driver was swerving and when i passed they were fully focused on their phone
