Very slow all day
We were trapped on an elevator at Extra Space Storage on Route 43 in Middle River for 1.5 hours the other day. We called on the emergency phone. The operator advised she would get the manager back to the facility as it was after 6 p.m. The repair person was not called at that time. The manager could not get the doors open.
