Worst customer service in Atlanta! Elevator in my apartment complex at Trilith was down for months. Excuse after excuse!
bad service ever
Thee worst response time! We’ve been without working elevators for 4 months!!! Each time they come it’s always we need to order another part! They do not respond to emails or calls. I chose a community with an elevator due to medical conditions so I expect elevators to work! If you can’t maintain your equipment do not bid on contracts! This company is a joke!!!
Horrible !!! They won’t give our leasing off a day they will be by to fix our elevators!!! It’s been months !!!
Very terrible, always late, never on point, I mean idk what to say I think all the reviews here speak for itself. To have a 1 star on google is crazy.
