Schindler hardly ever answers the phone or emails. They have had our name wrong in their system for two years now and every time we call, we get directed to main voice (not a live person), which is never returned or a representative's voicemail that is full, very unprofessional. the service tech is the only reason I still use them. He is consistently friendly and helpful when he comes for maintenance.

Worst elevator company and even worse technicians. They sell faulty systems that often break down and then their technicians can never get them to work for more than a couple hours then they give you the excuse of scheduling conflicts when it’s time to come do repairs. We have had our elevator in our community broken down for over a month already their technicians can’t even seem to keep an appointment let alone get it working for more than an hour or two. EXTREMELY POOR customer service from Schindler elevator Atlanta! Our apartment complex has 2 brand-new elevators that are not operational. We have submitted several service requests, emailed all appropriate contacts, and have been extremely patient with Schindler for weeks/months now and still have not even received an adequate response or scheduled date for a repair technician to service the elevators. I'm convinced no one works at this office as it automatically goes to 800 number and never get any answers or help. Senior living is our business and elevators are crucial for 75% of our residents. No time frames, no call backs, no help, it's by far the worst conduct of business. Knowing it's union work and not much as far as options in help your stuck. Control boards and service cost a fortune so can't tell me one cant afford help.

Living is Solstice Morningside and the elevator has been out since 06/2024 no responses, no replies. This is ridiculous.
