Very terrible, always late, never on point, I mean idk what to say I think all the reviews here speak for itself. To have a 1 star on google is crazy.
who ever answer the phone is very rude. I will get my company to stop using this company and take all property and business else place. they bill you for service and don't complete the service.
Their elevators break down every few weeks in our apartment complex. Will not give the leasing office ETA on fixing. When you call the Schindler office, no one answers.
Moved into the Ashton Apartments in Kennesaw in October 2024 and there is nothing but constant issues with the elevator being broken. This company doesn’t care about there elevators once they are in a location. Have not seen or heard of anyone ever coming out to fix the constant issues in our apartment. If you have plans of living in a new place with this company as an elevator…. DO NOT live there.
Worst elevator service. We’ve been living in our apartment since September and our elevator has been broken the whole duration of us living here. Absolutely horrible company
