If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Incompetent to say the least. One of our elevators broke down and the technician was on Google trying to figure out the problem. Their customer service is just.....HOOD.
Not good quality. Maybe they should sell to Japan. Elevators are consistently breaking down. If it is bad drives to tech showing up to reset and three hours later it goes down. Rather take the stairs least I will get to where I’m going.

Worst Elevator in the World!!! System is junk. We have many Shindler Elevators and they are either not working or will be not working soon.
