When you call for service, it is extremely difficult to get a response. I emailed last week and followed up again this week, but have not received any reply. I also tried calling the service line and was redirected to a local number, but no one answered. Overall, communication and responsiveness have been very disappointing.
Antonio and the mechanics Are so very kind & considerate. They come to our storage facility all the time And we appreciate everything they do for us. Antonio goes up and beyond!
I've trying over a week now to reach account executive and/or the local San Fransisco Area office to discuss our service contract and work (not) performed. Resorting to this rating to hopefully get a call back or any response. Very busy and frustrated with the lack of customer service.
This company works on the elevators in the building I live in. The elevators break down SEVERAL times a month. That leaves at 42 story building where hundreds of people live using one elevator. They also park in the handicap spot illegally so a person who really needs a spot can’t park there. Don’t hire them.
