They don't communicate at all. It takes multiple attempts and threats for anyone to actually return a call or email. We've been fighting to get our annual fee refunded since last year. They claim their accounting department is working on it. They lied and said our elevators were inspected when they weren't and had to come back out to do them because they were caught. I have lived in a new build for 4 months. The elevator has been an issue consistently. Going down for a week at a time, now on two occasions. I don't understand how parts are not readily available to ensure elevators aren't out of service for extended periods of time. There have been multiple technicians looking into problems and NOW they say they have identified the root cause. Why not before? Can't parts be expedited for a fee.
