Emily was cheerful & helpful! She answered my questions quickly & thoroughly.
We used this company and they were unprofessional, not communicative, charged at least $700 for every time they came out even if it was just for 10 minutes, and failed to fix items that they were responsible for fixing. Thousands of dollars have been wasted with this company, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
Terrible customer service and lack of account management attention. I would never recommend a developer utilize them for elevator services.
They don't communicate at all. It takes multiple attempts and threats for anyone to actually return a call or email. We've been fighting to get our annual fee refunded since last year. They claim their accounting department is working on it. They lied and said our elevators were inspected when they weren't and had to come back out to do them because they were caught.
