Our experience with Schindler Elevator has been extremely frustrating. Our elevator has been out of order since last Friday. They initially came for maintenance that day and claimed to have fixed it, only for it to stop working again shortly after they left. They returned on Saturday while no one was here, but never followed up or provided any updates about the issue or a timeframe for repairs. Nobody returns calls to get an out of service elevator fixed. Total lack of customer service.

Put my finger on the button and it the skin got ripped off the buttons at my apartment complex keep breaking falling off worst company in the world
