When I am able to get a hold of someone, the service is extremely quick, professional, and solves the problem. The issue is that I can NEVER get a hold of someone. Their invoices have an email/number that are intentionally inactive, this was confirmed by someone within the company. I have been trying to pay a bill for over a month. You would think they would want it to be easy for people to pay them. Every phone number on their website doesn't answer and has no voicemail either.
Wish you could give no stars. Worst company to work with. They were great for about the first year maybe 6 months then its been down hill from there. I wont even waste my time giving specifics just know they are the worst.

I have been dealing with this company that has no customer service at all. I get told by the rep on the phone that my request was completed. It’s been a year. Not kidding and nothing has been done or taken care of. Very poor customer service. Across the few departments I have talked with. Shouldn’t take a year to update billing.
