I just paid over $4000 dollars for an annual preventative maintenance service contract. I needed a service call after hours because we have 1 elevator at our hotel. I was charged an additional $4615.00 for my service call and the tech was on site for 21 mins to put a door back on track. My service contract didn't cover this ironically . Upon further review most of the cost was travel time. So for a 4 hour visit I have a $4615 service bill.
