We used this company on one of my brand new buildings and they refuse to answer the phone regarding any service calls unless we approve overtime (during normal buisness hours). I called them on Thursday intitally was told no, unless we are okay with being charged overtime, I said no. This morning I called their 800 number to verify my service they stated between 12-3 PM now I find out after I had to call that I was rescheduled to another day without prior notice.
