Define quick please, I've called 5 times over the last 2 weeks and can't talk to anyone or have them return my calls.
I live in a four story apartment building. The Schindler elevators routinely break down and it takes weeks for the repair part to arrive. Given the continued issues, one could assume that I live in a high rise building with hundreds of people constantly using the elevators. If you’re planning on using this company for a building project or you see the Schindler brand in a prospective residence, walk away now. There’s no way this company stays active . THE WORST EVER !!!!
The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an elevator vendor in my career. Lack of response, leadership for this area shows no desire to want our business, expired elevator certificates for over 1 year now due to their lack of action and incompetence, zero maintenance other than annual inspections and service calls for at least the last 4 years. For the second time in just over a week, one of your elevators is inoperable in my apartment building. During this second incident residents have been informed that a part has been ordered and that it will take several days before it’s delivered (no mention of an installation date). Residents were without service during the first malfunction for several days.
