This elevator used to SHAKE AND SHIMMY like as if an earthquake was going crazy but then Schindler Elevator company came and saved the day. I distinctly rember a man (probably around 5' 6") he said his name was Glenn and he was very friendly and got everything working smooth in a jiffy. Elevators usually have their ups and downs (pun intended) but Glenn got me up in no time! This shaft (Elevator shaft) is the smoothest it has ever been! Schindler Elevator Is a Scam — Stay Far Away Schindler Elevator Company is, without question, the most unprofessional, dishonest, and useless elevator company in Florida. I manage a property in Tampa, and my company has unfortunately been stuck in a contract with them, one we're actively trying to escape. We pay over $2,000 every month for "maintenance" that they flat-out do not perform.
