Addl edit: Altitude 970- BAM mgmt had to fire Schindler since elevator was out 135 days since last Sept. Found a more reliable elevator company but it still shudders and randomly stops. Just happened 7/31. Had to move because 60 steps up is not ok when you live someplace for the elevator. Addl edit: It’s broken again, 2 weeks and counting. Worst experience I've ever had in 25 years of residential and commercial development. Very hard to work with and extremely unprofessional. Especially Mike Martinez. DO NOT USE!
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my 25 years of property management. They don’t even return phone calls or emails after they lied about saying they’re going to come out on a certain day and they never show up.
Been waiting 3 weeks for our elevator to be fixed. I think this company is overwhelmed and not taking care of their customers. you don't tell people a couple days and still waiting .since march 22.I hope they start losing some of their contracts then maybe they will start taken care of their customers .
Schindler keeps “coming to fix” our elevator and just makes more issues so they can come back and bill more hours. Stay away
