The Schindler elevators in my building are constantly broken for weeks at a time. The building is less than 5 years old and at least one of the elevators is always down. I've personally gotten trapped more twice in 3 years. Schindler should be investigated.
My apartment elevator has been out the entire week with no end in sight. If anyone hires this company it's because they are cheap and lack morals.
Extremely disappointed in Schindler’s lack of follow-through and professionalism. After being told they were different from the rest — more responsive, more service-oriented — I gave them a shot. the lady went to the hospital & was there in 10 minutes and she took me the C app which helped me be discharged from the hospital. She was an amazing lady. I wish I remember her name. She told me everything.
My building has a Schindler elevator. I didn’t know it was possible for an elevator to be so unreliable. I’ve literally never seen the elevator operate correctly for more than a day at a time.
