Extremely disappointed in Schindler’s lack of follow-through and professionalism. After being told they were different from the rest — more responsive, more service-oriented — I gave them a shot. We promptly returned a redlined contract and followed up multiple times over the course of three weeks with zero meaningful response. the lady went to the hospital & was there in 10 minutes and she took me the C app which helped me be discharged from the hospital. She was an amazing lady. I wish I remember her name. She told me everything.
My building has a Schindler elevator. I didn’t know it was possible for an elevator to be so unreliable. I’ve literally never seen the elevator operate correctly for more than a day at a time.
Abhorrent customer service skills. Not a single person from service center to area manager cares about their customers. Disgrace of a company.
Avondale apartments has two Schindler elevators. One is usually broken down for weeks or months at a time. Currently BOTH are broken down. 7 story building with residents in mobility wheel chairs. One elevator has been down for over 2 months. Second one for a week now. Notices say at least one would be fixed by Dec. 31st. More lies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
