We were totally unprepared for my father's passing even though he was 97. He lived alone and liked it that way. He believed he had everything covered and taken care of through a different funeral home which turned out not to be the case. Schimunek Funeral Home jumped right in and was there for us throughout the process.
Easy planning with Lowell, Jewell, and John. Jewell was attentive to details and the process of planning was smooth during this difficult time.

The folks at Schimunek Funeral Home did a wonderful job at my husband’s service. Because of the care they took with everything, the visitations felt like a celebration of his life. They made everything easy for me and my daughter at a time when we were distraught and exhausted. I am so thankful for their help and guidance.
Schimunek made it so easy. Which is what you need at a time like this. That's all I can say. They were wonderful. Helped coordinate with the church and cemetery. Truly wonderful.
