I experienced a window board 12 × 15 collapsed on Lexington aven.bet 47 and 46th street I tried to call the office but being Sunday no answer I waited until emergency showed up again no result inadequate the next day I spoke with a project manager within 30 minutes everything was solved the proper way no one hurt a good company the city could learn from their management.
