RecommendedSchillings is our go-to place for all our material! We've built 3 decks, two at home and one at our camper and they have always come through with all of the needed material, even during a lumber shortage. Craig goes the extra mile for his customers and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

very nice people who work here but they have been so busy because they are short handed. so please be patient they are trying! masks are mandatory for the staffs protects and yours! so dont be a selfish jerk and fight employees about it. they dont make the rules!
I just redid my deck and no one else had the supplies in stock but Schillings had everything we needed! I wish I would’ve come here first. Everyone was so helpful and in the end it was actually LESS EXPENSIVE than I got quoted out at the big box stores.
So between your ridiculous mask policy and then a lack of a phone quote, trying to still work with you, has still not showed up, You’ve lost me as a customer. Masks are not law and when a counter guy says he’ll have a quote to me shortly, he may want to follow through.

Dealt with Tony who works at the one in Mokena! He helped me get all the supplies needed to replace a deck out at my Lakehouse. Great guy to work with and I highly recommend Schilling and Tony for your next decking project!!!
I needed a custom order for flooring ready fast. I told them my son is coming in from the Air Force for leave, and we wanted to get our floors done before he comes in. Ryan was able to get my order in super quick, and not the week that it usually takes for it to come through. Thank you, Ryan, whoever else was involved to get this to us so fast and Schillings for making this happen.
