I called and left a message on Monday. On Tuesday, Schilling called, apologized for being out on calls. I explained my needs and drove up to see them. By noon Tuesday, he was installing my new set to my specifications quickly, competently and neatly. Great service.
I brought a higher-end cassette recorder in for repair. He accepted it to work on--despite claims to the contrary. it looks like he basically sat on it for seven months. I made repeated monthly calls to determine progress. He was short and belittling. Finally he said the parts (not belts) needed were no longer available and eventually I was able to get it back. Rude owner, don’t recommend visiting
I call to see If They will fix my 2018 Samsung smart tv one side is dark and he said it’s a screen issue we don’t fix it when it is a led tv and just got a quote from someone else who knew the issue and can fix it? I’m alittle lost
Don and son were amazing with educating me on things I didn't know before. Took the time to explain to me. Got my new soundbar set up and it's honestly the best purchase I've ever made. Will continue to go back time and time again. Amazing customer service. Thanks for everything!
