Impressive business model: don’t show up – TWICE, ignore the client, then try to reschedule at a higher rate. This plumber missed our scheduled appointment - TWICE with no call, no text, nothing. He ignored my calls—until I dialed from a different number, and suddenly he was very available. Funny how that works. There was zero apology for wasting my time. Didn’t show up twice and when they finally did, they were late. Disgraceful behavior, always wanting to defer the job and pushing for weekend rates. Bunch of clowns.
These guys don’t show up, not once but TWICE. Not even the courtesy of a text to let me know. If reliability, basic communication, or professionalism matter to you, keep scrolling. This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a business. 💩💩💩💩💩
