Impressive business model: don’t show up – TWICE, ignore the client, then try to reschedule at a higher rate. This plumber missed our scheduled appointment - TWICE with no call, no text, nothing. He ignored my calls—until I dialed from a different number, and suddenly he was very available. Funny how that works. There was zero apology for wasting my time.
