I’d like to share my experience with Schilling Plumbing so you, as consumers can check to make sure you are getting an up-to-code service. I hired Schilling plumbing through my handyman to replace my water heater. There was a miscommunication somewhere between the plumber and the handyman on who would pull the permit, and so no permit was pulled. Regardless, I was told that it was permitted and inspected It had not been permitted or inspected. I asked the Town for a retroactive permit, and pulled one as an owner builder. The... read more
