I Purchased a refurbished embroidery Machine And love it can call anytime with questions and they will gladly help over the phone . I live two hrs away .and it is so worth the trip.
Buyer beware If you have a pet hair issue do not buy a Miele with a air turbine head Unfortunately I did & it did not workout. Ultimately I purchased a Sebo from them after buying a 2nd air head , the first one broke & was junk I strongly feel I should have been informed with this issue & I finally was but the end result was 1000.00 out of pocket 400 initial purchase 100.00 2nd air head 500.00 additional with purchase of Sebo Total out of pocket 1000.00
I've always found the people who work at Schiller's have always been polite, helpful and strive to correct any problems with the products they sell. If you need to purchase a any type of vacuum; or a sewing machine, serger, embroidery machine, or other sewing equipment, I recommend Schiller's. If you have a problem, ask to speak to Rick. I am sure he will do everything he can to rectify the situation.
I'd rather give zero stars! Worst customer service around. Bought a vacuum for nearly $200, turned it on once and heard high pitch squeals and smelled burning. The so-called life time belt had been shredded to threads and wrapped around the motor. Brought receipt and vacuum to store days after purchase and was met with the rudest employees ever.
