Dr.Shiller is an incredible ER doctor. In such a stressful environment, his kindness, calm presence, and attentiveness made all the difference. Instead of having to chase updates like you usually do in the ER, he was always there, checking in, explaining clearly, updating us on the lab results. His compassion and dedication made our ER visit manageable and we are truly grateful to him. Unfortunately, the hospital itself has a huge room for improvement. Thank you Dr.Schiller for your care.
