I’ll consider taking down my 1-star review when I am returned the remainder of my retainer, which I was supposed to receive several weeks ago. I shouldn’t have to hound a literal law firm to uphold its own contract.

I had a call scheduled from 2:00-2:30 PM and missed the initial call. When I returned the call at 2:00 PM (our scheduled time), it went straight to voicemail. I called again at 2:05 PM, and Kimberly Nega responded with rudeness, stating she had other commitments. As I was talking, she responded rudely before abruptly hanging up as I was still talking.
