If you have an appointment scheduled, they must respect it. They let you waiting 2 hrs or more, plus the time in the waiting room... for 15 minutes or less that the Dr or his assistant takes to see you... this is so rude. Bad service and non professional. The teraphies are not requested after your appointment, they delay them for almost 3 weeks. This is not correct. They are not legal ethic in their service to the patients. We deserve respect from Dr. Schiffman, assistants, and staff.

This a pretty good medical facility for orthopedics Etc,great doctors and nurses,Eddie is one of the best in the front office,Dr Michael L Schiffman did a great job on my left hand Carpal Tunnel ,which was done right the second time,the first time was Kaiser,Dr Fenton is a very good doctor as well.Thank you.
