Took a fun class today at Schiff - Eating with Seasons. We tried several new recipes and learned about eating for the season and getting out of the winter doldrums with food. We also covered essential oils for winter, cooked a recipe in the kitchen, and brought home leftovers and a new spice mixture. The instructor, Lauren, was awesome!
Beautiful trails for birdwatching, hiking, sketching. Great for a short hike or a day trip! The summer nature program lets kids be kids while exploring this amazing preserve.
Hiked on the first day of the New Year from the Thomas road spur. Literally stumbled upon it. Hats off to the teams and trail crews who made it a reality!!!
