The website does not list any pricing information. When I called for a quote on repairing my suit, the receptionist said that she couldn't provide this. They only have one person available for repairs and she is only available 2 days per week. The receptionist then said I definitely need to come in. I wasn't given the chance to inquire about dry-cleaning estimates or given the option to call back when the tailor is available. Glad I called before going.

I dropped off a dress in November. I picked it up yesterday in May. They never logged my order and then lost my dress. They found it thankfully but this is the response management thought appropriate to send me as if it was my fault and referenced a 30 day policy that doesn’t apply to this situation. I recommend Sydney’s alterations down the street instead.

I dropped off 6 pairs of dress slacks to be altered I asked the lady how much was it going to cost. She told me that she didn't know and will find out and call me. She called me after it was done and I asked her how much was it she still didn't tell me. So I went to go by to check myself it cost $216 never ever will use schickel's on Bowman ever again!
