Today, my wife and I stopped by to inquire about alteration services and the possibility of having some items altered. When we stepped to the counter we were greeted with the rudest “What do you want?” It went downhill from there. This is not quality customer service. This will be our last visit.

The website does not list any pricing information. When I called for a quote on repairing my suit, the receptionist said that she couldn't provide this. They only have one person available for repairs and she is only available 2 days per week. The receptionist then said I definitely need to come in. I wasn't given the chance to inquire about dry-cleaning estimates or given the option to call back when the tailor is available. Glad I called before going.
I dropped off a dress in November. I picked it up yesterday in May. They never logged my order and then lost my dress. They found it thankfully but this is the response management thought appropriate to send me as if it was my fault and referenced a 30 day policy that doesn’t apply to this situation. I recommend Sydney’s alterations down the street instead.
