Customer service is very bad 👎 Very rude people. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are much better homeware stores in the area. I advise to the owner to close down your store TODAY!! You don't run a business like this!
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Very unprofessional. I went to buy a gift for my mum and while I was going to pay, I saw a notice a sign saying “products can’t be refunded”. I changed my mind and wanted to get something else, and the guy in the register said I am wasting his time and that I have to wait for my turn as he is going to serve other costumers…. Worst people I've ever seen in my life. So rude! I strongly recommend avoiding this location
During my visit, I politely enquired about a particular vase. I asked a female staff member wearing reading glasses (Aged in her late 60's possibly) regards a price. She then snatched the empty box from my hand and abruptly said, "Prices are there," which I found to be both rude and disrespectful. I also felt uncomfortable as this female staff member followed me around the store, watching my every move as if I were a potential thief (Which I am not). Claims to be having a closing down sale but has never closed down. I've been coming to this shopping centre regularly for 5 years and it's still there. If they have to lie about having a closing down sale just to get customers in the door, then they can't be trusted at all.
