The people inside are great, no problem there. We ordered a couch that wasn't in stock at the store. I was told there is an estimated delivery date, but it's unreliable. When they received an arrival date, then we could go based on that. This is the third arrival delay, except I found out it hasn't even arrived at the warehouse yet, which then ships it to the store.
