I've had this recliner for 5 years. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty. 3 weeks ago the frame broke. I called the store and was told I had to call lay z boy. Emailed lazy z boy, they said schewels is independent and has to handle the warrenty in store. Went in the store and talked to the office staff. I was told I had to contact lay z boy. Told her I had and was told store had to do the work. Manager was walking by and told me there was no warrenty she was aware of. Then she told me she would contact the lay z boy rep. We truly appreciated the warm, no-pressure atmosphere at Schewels. Debbie was amazing helping us find the perfect living room set, and Edie made the financing process a breeze. Grateful for the great service — we’ll happily be back!

To who it may concern today May 23rd I got a phone call from Schultz furniture saying I missed the payment.I know I paid the payment on the 10th Of this month and I got a call from them saying I haven't made a payment. I should've kept in my receipts cause I paid with cash so anybody that sees this, make sure you get a receipt and keep it. Cause I have to pay a $180 again, somebody pocketed the money.
