Loveseat delivered with hole in it. I had specifically requested that the loveseat come in new and in plastic, it was even noted on the receipt, however, it wasn't. When offloading from the company delivery truck, I noticed a hole in the bottom edge of it. I called the local store and the manager said it wasn't a problem and ordered a new one to replace it. He was very helpful and polite. When I get the new one (they're backordered for about 4 weeks apparently), I will revise my review to reflect it. The damaged one was left... read more
