If I could give zero stars I would have. This is the worst urgent care I have ever been too and unfortunately I have been here multiple times with horrible results. When you have a cottage in Caseville this is your only option. The last two times I have been here I went in for strep throat and they are not aloud to diagnose you unless the test shows a positive result. Very disappointed walked in with severe cough sent home with just oh well went to Beaumont doctor next day diagnosed with severe sinus infection put on steroids and inhaler.
They get you in listen to you and. Solve the prob don’t have to wait long
Wonderful facility, great staff. Took a family member in severe pain there. Immediately hooked up to an IV and given pain meds. Had a cat scan and blood work done on site. Diagnosed with a kidney stone. Was able to have scripts filled at on site pharmacy. Home within 3 hours. Excellent experience
Two sick kids, one with a hundred degree temp...this place is a joke...everytime we go here, they look at them, yep their sick, but we can't give them anything for it..just a waste of time and money...they won't prescribe anything, go somewhere else...where they care about their patients...they keep remodeling with all the money they scam from people...but they can't get doctors that will do anything...
