ellen and her husband picked up my documents 4 months ago and nothing has been done. I called 4 times in the last 6 weeks requesting a call back through the secretary and twice more on their voice mail. I am very disappointed.
Great Service from the team. They have recently upgraded their process with modern day tech through a tax portal and this will be a game changer for them. I have never had an issue - doing taxes remotely is a two-way street and you need to communicate and be a part of the process - if you're not, then that's on you. From my perspective, some of the negative complaints don't add up as our experience has been great!

Robert and Ellen made multiple mistakes when filling my taxes. I was misquoted, my taxes were not paid on time (I was working with them in February so they had plenty of time to get this done), and now they won't return my emails regarding the penalty that was mailed to me. I had confidence in working with them and am disappointed with the outcome.
