I attempted to schedule an appointment with this primary care physician and was instructed to submit my medical records, with the understanding that I would be contacted if any additional information was needed. Over the course of three weeks, I did not receive any follow-up communication. I made multiple attempts to obtain updates by calling the office on five separate occasions, but unfortunately, my calls were not returned. Tried to make an appointment was told they are not taking any new patients. Receptionist was exceptionally RUDE.
I would recommend Dr. R. Scheuermann or Dr. A. Scheurmann. If your looking for a great front office, that alone is a good reason to start! When you're searching for a compassionate, intelligent, kind and honest Dr., this is the office for you. As a family, we can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. 10 out of 10.
Wonderful Doctors office and practice! My husband and I have both received excellent care here. They even helped me find a great pharmacy and have gone out of their way to be very helpful when I had an urgent medical need. Can’t say enough great things about them
