We are so grateful for Dr. Scherz and the entire team. From the very first appointment, Dr. Scherz was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly so we always felt at ease. The level of care and compassion shown to both our son and our family was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend him to any parent in need of a skilled and compassionate pediatric urologist.
Dr Scherz made my son feel very informed and comfortable regarding the surgery he needed. A successful surgery and outcome by a recommended practice was top priority, and why we chose to proceed with Dr Scherz. I couldn’t help but admittedly worry about the cosmetic component following that may impact my 13 year olds body image during such a sensitive time. I watched patients come in and out of the office in 5 min or less while waiting for my son's scheduled appointment. But, if a parent has to ever seek a specialist then of course there is an issue with their child. This doctor asked what was wrong I began to explain and he cut me off, asked why he didn't see my son after surgery as if he was scolding me, then proceeded to ignore everything that was wrong with my son and told me to give him more fiber and wait maybe 6 months (his words).
