Better staffing . Everyone is so unprofessional
RecommendedMy Dad was admitted to Schervier for rehab during Covid. Cortney from admissions spent time with me for an unannounced appt the day before he arrived . She assisted me on the day of admission and had patience with my questions. Terry the social worker called me several times on his first day. The nursing staff seems sweet and compassionate. We're delighted with what we've seen from this staff. We are grateful to have dad there for the rehab he needs.
My family and I have nothing but good things to say about the care our dad received at Schervier. The nurses, aides and staff were warm and caring. My dad was cared for, safe and we had the comfort of knowing that he was taken care of during the last months of his life.
They are very Caring and great people!
My mother’s stay lasted about one year. The support staff were excellent at helping with the transition . I cannot say enough about the nursing staff and the nursing aides . Compassionate helping hands Thankyou for making my mother’s last days comfortable.
