Everytime I have called this place, someone has answered the phone, been friendly and helpful. Got walnut veneer doors for my ikea kitchen. They delivered beautiful product that was easy to install. Shipped ahead of when they said they would. And less expensive than most other places I looked at. My contractor didn't look at the plans and mistakenly said Scherr's forgot to send some pieces. This material just continues to go down in value. Just wiping it with water and the paint comes right off. Contact the company and they tell me itll never come off if it does just use touch up paint... Sounds like they don't even have faith in their product. If I could go back would not drop thousands here. less than helpfull much less then impressed. Claiming to be an upgrade for IKEA is a large misconception, would argue quality is significantly less. The Scherrs team brought our vision to life! We were nervous about going the IKEA route with upgraded doors, but they turned out great. We also contracted the Scherrs team to create custom entryway cabinets and they are our favorite part about our house! It took a while for them to be made, so it definitely requires some advance planning, but well worth it! Highly recommend Tanner and his team.
Ultimately very disappointed in the quality and durability of our painted cabinet doors. This is just one of them, but majority of the white doors have visible cracks at the corners and I have no idea how or where theres scratches are coming from, it almost looks like pencil mark, there not indent. I don't have kids and we're haven't been using the kitchen a lot since installing due to being out of town (a lot). Additionally, our first order had multiple production issues, as if saw dust flew under paint, weird Shiney grease... read more
