Dr. Scherr has been my and my family’s primary physician for 25 years. He has always been attentive, listening to concerns. Very knowledgeable and explains things in a honest plain explanations. Great sense of humor!
Was referred to him by my dermatologist. He left a great impression after first visit. Was personable and humorous. Didn’t leave feeling like a peasant. Explained everything I needed to know in detail. Glad to find a primary like him.
Dr. Scherr has been nothing but professional and one of the few doctors that will take the time to explain to you and answer any questions you may have.
Been my doctor for a long time. He has always treated with the utmost respect. I think he is a good doctor.
We used to go to Dr. Scherr for many years but the last two years have been absolutely terrible. There is no follow through so you might as well not ask for anything from him. His nurse is 100 times worse and should not be a nurse at all( I am a nurse and can not believe she still has a job). Not only is she rude and degrading. She will refuse a refill request from our normal pharmacy and force use to drive to the opposite side of town to Heritage pharmacy where they cant even fill prescriptions correctly.
