They are overpriced by a couple of hundred of dollars for basic furniture assembly work. I also wanted to get an estimate for a custom table build and they came out gave them every detail on what I wanted and I never held from them again. I called to follow up multiple times and the woman that answers was the only person to follow up with anything. After a month she even realized a month for just an estimate was to long. We worked with Scherr to reconfigure our existing kitchen and install new hardwood flooring on the first floor of our house. Jed, Sean, and their whole team were incredible. They came out to see the project and provide an estimate within a week, thoroughly communicated the project timeline well in advance, and I got daily updates on the work that was being done from Jed.
