We needed to furnish an apartment in a hurry. Found Scherr on line. Family owned and in business for 50 years. Daniel was amazing. We had no time to get to the store. We explained the apartment and within a few days he had the furniture delivered with extra pieces just so that everything would fit well. When the bed needed adjustment he had another boxspring delivered same day. The delivery crew was great! So professional. Pricing was also very reasonable. Wish I could give them six stars.
I am a VERY happy person right now! Scherr Furniture Rental went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was completely satisfied…and believe me, I AM!! And I know I was a royal pain! I kept changing my mind about what I wanted.🤷🏾♀️ The very kind, caring and professional delivery man, Elmer and his assistant came to my place several times delivering and picking back up….ALWAYS with a smile…AND with suggestions for placement, which I took him up on! My wife and I were going to spend 3 months in the Ellicott City, Maryland area. We found a very nice apartment in Alta at Regency Crest. Only problem, the apartment was unfurnished. I was looking for a 3 months apartment when I stumbled upon Scherr Furniture Rental. Mr Daniel was very courteous during his orientation and I considered his estimate to be a good price. Then I had to fly back to my hometown in Puerto Rico and a couple pleasant phone calls was all it took for him to take my order, select pieces that were tailored to our specific needs, and deliver them in Rockville with great care and on time.
