This is where we realize every year how happy we are here and how little we need. Yet everything we need is right here at our cottage on the water. We love everyone who works here, in the store, marina and restaurant. The pool is impeccable! The shuttle was a blast! The cottage clean and comfortable! Establishment lied about boat tour nit being available that day due to an “event” called Uncle Sam tour and they had all day tours. Schermerhorn Lied. We took 2:00 tour to Singer island personal tour. Then left at 4:05 and headed to Belfast to pick up additional guest. Schermerhorn lies
Very rude girl when I called to ask about the shuttle to Singer Castle. There was conflicting information on the website (Singer castle site says the shuttle launches on Tuesdays, but Schermerhorn site says they don't) so I was just calling to verify. She was very cold, gave me one word answers in a very low, monotone way and when I said, "ok, thank you!" She abruptly hung up on me. Needed a part for my trolling motor. Folks in the service department bent over backwards, went out of their way at days end to make sure I got it the following day. They didn't need to do what they did. My hats off to you guys, THANK YOU !!!!!!
