I still want to be reimbursed for the overcharge for the month of October and November ( the underwriters are refusing), your process is very confusing. You need to be more helpful with the the people who provide you with a good living,
I was informed the my insurance would go down with the reform that was voted in. I was emailed several times by Meemic on how to go about this before July 1 when it took effect. Called the Scherff Agency to get the process started and was told I didn't need to do anything. Fast forward a few months and I get a new car. The second model year and it practically drives itself and was then told the "car is too new and not enough data exists" and my premium would go up $300/month!!
