I absolutely recommend this shop! The atmosphere is wonderful, the owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provides hands down THE best customer service in town. He works one-on-one with his customers (he will probably ask you very politely to come back if someone else is in there). This is because he concentrates on you and actually cares. I drove 45 min away from my house because he said he would give me a quote on my cello. I got there and he made me wait to serve other customers which was fine but when he got to me, he didn’t even open my case all the way and said no. The only thing he saw was the color of my cello, which was fine and wasn’t anything stupid or goofy, and said that he wasn’t going to do anything with it. I hope all other people get served well and I don’t know what I did to deserve the service I got but I wouldn’t recommend.
