I do like Dr. Barnes. She is so nice. I think the practice could have better responses to patients needing meds. Seem 2 b stalled when asking for meds. I don't care what medicare wants, I am the patient & meds r needed a lot of times. I want to feel well. I want my pain managed.
I've been here for over 3 years now and have never had any complaints about my care. They go above and beyond to help me out if I need an appointment. I have asthma that gets really bad at times. I also tend to get sick while my son starts the school year. They're very responsive. Even when I send requests for scripts in I usually have a response within 24 hours.
If you are considering this practice please steer clear of Rina Chabra. She’s the worst dr I’ve ever experienced.
Say i was there sept 14 and i wasnt and sent a message i never did.
My daughter and I are both patients of this practice. Yesterday my daughter attempted to visit the practice as she was experiencing severe shoulder pain. She was advised to go directly to the ER which she did. After spending 6 hours testing there, she was advised to see her GP next day. Upon calling the GP this morning, she was told that the doctors would be unable to see her for several weeks. Needless to say, we are quite disappointed with this response!
