I do not recommend this law firm. My case has been ongoing for over two years with little to no progress. From the beginning, the expected settlement amount was presented much higher than what they later pushed me to accept, which felt like a lowball just to close the case quickly. Communication has been extremely poor. Every time I call to speak with the representative handling my case, she is either unavailable or out of the office.
