RecommendedI LOVED my experience at the beautiful Keystone Xing complex. We were only there for 3 months for business, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The property is well-maintained, everything was new and luxurious, and all the neighbors were charming. The property management was always incredibly responsive and polite, from helping us with our mail to solving a garage-door opener problem. Greenpoint clearly cares about all its tenants, something you can’t say for many of these companies.
Wonderful company to work with! We lived on Sunshine Circle and loved it! Super great location, the apartment units are SO clean and feel brand new. Our parking lot/ drive ways were always plowed right away and the few minor problems we had, were solved very quickly. Can’t say enough about this company!
I loved in Greenpoint units for two years and have never had a bad experience! They're very fast at responding to maintenance requests and very good at getting snow removed! overall I've had a GREAT experience with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking to live in Eau Claire whether it's student housing or residential living!

Greg and their staff have always gone out of their way to help us in anyway and have always been more than accommodating in all situations.
