We had a very bad experience with Mr. Schepis who was almost impossible to reach. I have tried reaching him by email and phone and never got a response from him. My husband was able to reach once or perhaps twice and he came to our property to assess damage once but since that visit , a long time ago, he was unresponsive and it mad our experience with AMFAM and our claim very unpleasant. I’m sorry to say that Mr. Schepis Is almost impossible to reach; we had a claim and personally he didn’t respond to my emails or phone calls; he did respond once or maybe twice to my husband. We only hear from him by email at renewal time. Very disappointed because our previous agent who retired Hal Loughry was just amazing and we had a great experience with him. I will be certainly changing agent as I have been very patient and I did not get any help or assistance from this agency.
