The reviews seem very interesting.. and most likely true about the lawyers being ghosts. I called the law firm and was referred by bay area legal services and they dont seem to answer their phones at all and I left voice messages too. Dont bother because it seems their is somethinf sketchy with this firm.
I'm in the same situation as some of you all. Out of thousands of dollars and now being ghost. In the beginning, he was very helpful. We went to court on multiple occasions and now after I've paid him 3 times, I'm being ghosted with no response. However, the additional fees paid were based on the other party not willing to cooperate as well. Used marble law for custody case and Chris Fordham was assigned. Seemed ok in the beginning but took almost 3 months to start the process with the courts. Recently on april 10th opposing party file documents which needed me to fill out. He sent me documents 3 months later after right before we had to appear in court for these missing documents. Its been over a year and half and still no court date and havent seen my kids in 4 months. He stated he would reach out to opposing parties attorney and see about setting up temp time... read more

Thousands of dollars and zero results from Chris Fordham-ghoster turned off his camera during court Zoom hearing. He should resign from legal pre-representation he’s really not cut out to be a lawyer! I had to solve a dire situation myself and bring a minor back TO FLA.
