Fortunate to meet Kris from Schenk who recommended this Canadian company when I disclosed to him my intention to redo my kitchen. Kris also recommended an installer Loc Nguyen, who has a perfect score from his clients. Dealing with Schenk has been an absolute pleasure and the quality of their product / customer service is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend them without any reservations.
It's unfortunate I am unable to give 0 stars. This company is horrible. They tell customers what they want to hear but never keep their word. They will use non laser edge tape and say that it is laser. They will tell you 2 weeks for an order and it wont be done for over a month. The customer service is terrible. I used to work here and I was the only one who would answer the phone. I received no help from the owners or management when I had issues with customers. There is no work-life balance. 5 out of 5 times the phone was answered in the first 3 seconds. Amazing customer service and price is great! Quality is amazing! Great location if you need panels with laser edge!
