Waited two weeks for a call back. Had to pay up front, before meeting the doctor. Place looks like an apartment, no office equipment or files. Dr Schengber took notes and was friendly.
Doctor was alright but office manager/ receptionist was the most rude person I have ever met in my life. Just plain nasty. The doctor did not seem to care that she was rude or that she never returned phone calls. My husband was referred there by an attorney. He did not release the medical records till well over a year so it did not help our case but he was more than happy to take over $2,000 out of his settlement for only 3 visits.
Communication with receptionist is terrible. I left multiple messages, emailed and faxed to get a reply. It took two months to get a report needed for surgery. Busy, I can accept. But they just aren’t very nice. Like they’re doing me a favor. Grrrrr. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but what good is it when you have to deal with a receptionist/secretary who doesn’t take initiative?
The lady who answers the phone or when she answers the phone is not the nicest person in the world. I had a apt in Aug. saw him once to help my daughter out and he was suppose to call me back for future apts. and never did. I called several times and finally he called me back once and said he would get back with me now 3 weeks later and several attempts to get a hold of them leaving messages still no call back. This place I would never go to. They easily take your money Before being seen never
Somewhat unprofessional. Was curt when asked for pronunciation of his name. Spoke too rapidly for patient to understand or hear until he was asked to slow down (by me). Suggested use of his relaxation CD but had none available. Became more compassionate as appt went on. Used cellphone to text messages three times during appt. That should've waited until consult was over. No secretary to deal with prelim paperwork. He could've scheduled next appt for us. Not the most compassionate person.
