I have two primary grievances with Schenck Builders: Firstly, our home, constructed by Schenck Builders in 2021, has experienced significant issues within a mere 2.5 years. The foundation has shifted by +1.5 inches, resulting in severe vertical cracks throughout the walls and structure and at least a dozen cracked tiles throughout the kitchen. I inquired on their website for a quote on building a floorplan. They wanted me to email my floorplan to them which I did within minutes. I called to confirm they received my plans and briefly spoke with Yvette. I was rushed off the phone and told she would call back in about 45 minutes. No Call. Sent a follow up email a few days later, no response. Made a follow-up phone call, no answer. Take your business elsewhere.

We interviewed several builders before picking Schenck builders. So glad we choose them. We love our new home. Working with Matt & Yvette and their trades was amazing. I would highly recommended them if you are wanting to build a true custom home.
